A great book. It is far more on full sized aircraft than models, but would be very interesting for anyone building models of aircraft of that period. Many photos of full sized flying machines of the times and even a chapter on the full sized motors used at the time with quite a few diagrams.
This Lindsay Publications reprint is very nicely done. Diagrams and photos are very well reproduced, neither too light or too dark, and very clear. Far, far better than the digitized formats on the internet. Well worth the very reasonable price!

The instructions for making some of the simple models could be more detailed, but there are great explanations of how planes and gliders fly, and comparisons of the advantages & disadvantages of different types of wings.
